By subscribing to our SMS services, you acknowledge and agree that Tailored Cents LLC (Your Tailored Wealth) will not be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from or related to the use or failure to receive any text messages, including but not limited to, delays, non-delivery, or technical issues.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Tailored Cents LLC (Your Tailored Wealth), its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of our Services.
